For the past thirty years, Beth Morgan has practiced law in Dallas and San Antonio Texas.   She relocated her law practice to San Antonio for the new millennium and has been there ever since.

Of primary importance to Ms. Morgan is aggressively representing her clients to the full extent of the law while providing prompt attention to all clients and matters. Her legal career commenced in bank law as an attorney for the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas and subsequently with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Washington, D. C. While at the Board of Governors, she was on the Truth in Lending task-force and authored the closed-end sections of Regulation Z (Truth in Lending). Since leaving the Federal Reserve System, she has concentrated her practice in the areas of bank law, representing creditors, creditor’s committees and trustees in bankruptcy, commercial litigation and construction law. 

She was an adjunct professor at the SMU School of Law during her years in Dallas. As a trained mediator she has successfully mediated numerous disputes.
